The Capital Improvements department is responsible for contract procurement and the appropriation of the Capital Fund Program grant for the purposes of major renovation/new construction improvements. The department also oversees the overall direction of the maintenance department. The maintenance department is responsible for the repair and upkeep of public housing units.
